Göran Hultin is Chairman and CEO ofCaden Corporation S.A. His work covers labour and employment policy, workforce development, industrial relations and labour migration in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Previously Mr. Hultin was Assistant Director General of the International Labour Office (ILO), globally responsible for advising Member Countries on employment policies, implementing programmes for job creation, HR strategies and skill development. 

He is partner at Arklight Consulting Ltd and at The Future Work Forum and member of the China Association for Employment Promotion Expert Committee. Over the past twelve years he has advised ManpowerGroup on government relations and served as chair and expert on several committees and initiatives, including the World Economic Forum, European Policy Centre, The Hague Process for Refugees and Migration, the European Commission. Mr. Hultin’s education includes a M.Sc. Chem. Eng. from Finland; International Executive Programme INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France; Advanced Management, Marketing Programme Strathclyde University Scotland.
